Biryani Masala

Step 1: Boil 250 gm Basmati Rice.

Step 2: Add 3 tsp oil in fry pan, fry 3 sliced onions, 1 tsp each of ginger & garlic paste. Add puree of 2
tomatoes and Chilli & Turmeric Powder. Cook till oil separates.

Step 3: Add ½ cup of curd. Add 1 and half tsp Richswad Biryani Masala and roast. Add 1 and half cup cooked
vegetables like green peas, carrots, cauliflower and salt to taste.

Step 4: Grease the bowl using oil, spread half the rice, add vegetables, spread remaining rice. Pour 2 tsp of
ghee, half cup milk. Cover it and cook for 15 mins on low flames and Serve steaming hot.
