Chicken 65 Masala
Step 1: Wash and cut the 1kg chicken into small pieces and marinate it with 1 tsp (5gm) each ginger & garlic paste, add 1 cup curd, 2 tbsp (30gm) lemon juice and 50gm Richswad Chicken 65 masala.
Step 2: Add corn flour or rice flour & 2 beaten egg (optional) and keep it aside for half an hour.
Step 3 Add & heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken, cook until golden brown.
Step 4: In another pan heat oil, add green chilies, curry leaves, chopped ginger and toss the fried chicken in the pan. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped raw onions and peace of lemon. Serve hot.
