Chicken Biryani Masala

Step 1: Clean 500gm Chicken pieces & marinate with 2.5 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 2.5 tbsp Richswad Chicken Biryani Masala, 100gm Curd and Salt. Boil 250gm Basmati Rice. Strain water & keep aside.

Step 2: Add 7 tsp oil in fry pan, fry 3 sliced onions and fry till light brown. Add marinated Chicken & salt, cook for 20‐25 min till the Chicken is tender.

Step 3: Put another kadai on low flame. Add Half of Chicken as base and spread Rice on it. Then add remaining Chicken & spread Rice on it.

Step 4: Add 2 tbsp Ghee from top and garnish with Onion, Mint leaves, 3 Green split chillies, fresh chopped coriander leaves. Cover the vessel with lid & cook on low flame for 15 min & serve hot.
