Step 1: Marinate 750gm chicken pieces with 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 1⁄2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 3 tbsp curd and salt. Keep for 1 hour to marinate.
Step 2: Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry 2 sliced onions till crispy brown.
Step 3: Add 3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 1 tsp Coriander Powder, 1 tsp Turmeric Powder and 3 tsp Richswad Chicken Masala. Fry for 1 min.
Step 4: Add marinated chicken and 4 chopped tomatoes. Cook for 10 min. Serve hot with roti/naan/rice or bread.
