Dahi Vada

Step 1: Add 250ml. water into contents of the pack and mix it well. Add crushed Green Chilli to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes

Step 2: Heat oil (Approx. 500 ml) in fry pan. Gently stir the mixture before frying. Make round ball from mixture one by one using hand or spoon and deep fry it pan on medium flame till crispy and light brown. Drain excess oil & cool for 3‐5 min.

Step 3: After frying wadas, Soak in cool water for 10 mins. Press each wada between two palms. Serve wadas with sweet cold curd. Garnish with roasted cumin seeds (jeera), red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves, tamarind sauce.
