Dosa
Step 1: Add 320 ml. water in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2: Apply oil on a flat non stick pan/tava to make Dosa of your required size. Sprinkle few drops of oil all over the Dosa and fry till golden brown. Fold and remove.
Step 3: Apply first wet cloth to the pan and Repeat step 2 onwards. Serve hot with Richswad Instant Sambar and coconut chutney.
