Egg Curry Masala

Step 1: Boil 6 eggs after that cut them into hall,

Step 2: Saute in oil 2 large chopped onions 1 tsp chopped garlic until brown in color. Add 1 tsp each of Turmeric Powder, Richswad Egg Curry Masala, Richswad Red Chilli Powder, 1 chopped tomato, 1 tsp tomato puree, 1tsp chopped ginger and salt to taste.

Step 3: Heat for a few seconds for enough water and bring the gravy to a boil.

Step 4: Add hard‐boiled eggs, cook for few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve warm with rice or roti/naan.
