Fish Curry Masala

Step 1: Cut 750gm of fish into 1⁄2 inch cubes. Rub pieces with lime juice and salt and marinate for 1⁄2 hour. Gently fry till golden brown, drain and keep warm.

Step 2: Saute 2 chopped onions for 8 min, drain oil. Add 1⁄2 cup yoghurt. Blend it in and str for 3 min on low heat, adding 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste.

Step 3: When it turn in brown, add 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 tsp Richswad Fish Curry Masala, 1⁄2 tsp Chilli Powder, 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder. Cook and stir till gravy thickens.

Step 4: Add fish. Covering food while it simmers for 2 min. Garnish with 2 tsp of fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve warm with rice or roti/naan.
