Step 1: Add 250ml. water and 20g curd in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Heat 2 tbsp oil. Sizzle 1‐2 whole red chillies , mustard seeds, sesame seeds and hing. Pour it over the batter and blend well.

Step 3: Cook in a thick bottom greased Handvo cooker on medium to low flame for 15‐20min. Flip and cook the other side for 10 min.
