Khaman Dhokla

Step 1: Add 230ml. water and 2 tbsp oil in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Grease steaming tray with oil, pour batter into it. Steam on high flame for 15 minutes. Remove cooked Dhokla trays and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now cut Khaman into square pieces and put them in other bowl for sizzling.

Step 3: Heat 4 tbsp oil, add 5g mustard seeds, add 1 tbsp sesame, 1g asafoetida and 25g chopped green chilli and sizzle. Add to it 400 ml water and 100‐125g sugar and allow it to boil for 3 minutes. Pour the boiling sizzle evenly over Khaman pieces. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and shredded coconut.
