Khatta Dhokla

Step 1: Add 4 tbsp (60ml) fresh or sour curd(Dahi), 250 ml of water and 3 tbsp oil into contents of the pack and mix it well. Blend gently for 1 minute and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Grease steaming tray with oil, pour batter into it. Sprinkle black pepper or red chilli powder for enhanced taste. Steam on high flame for 12‐15 minutes. Remove cooked Dhokla trays and keep it aside for 10 minutes. Now cut Khatta Dhokla into diamond shape pieces.

Step 3: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with garlic sauce or tomato ketchup and green chutney.
