Kitchen King Masala

Step 1: Heat 1 tbsp oil, fry 2 chopped onions till normal brown, 2 green chillies, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 cashewnuts, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp Kasuri Methi & 1 inch ginger. Add 1⁄2 cup water. Cook on medium flame for 30 min.

Step 2: After cook grind to a fine paste. Fry this paste in 3 tbsp ghee for 3 mins. Add puree of 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1⁄2 tsp turmeric powder & 2 tsp Richswad Kitchen King Masala.

Step 3: Add 1 cup boiled green peas. Cook till ghee separates from curry. Add 1⁄2 cup water & 250 g fried paneer. Cook for 5 mins. Serve hot with Roti, Paratha or Naan for unbeatable taste.
