Meat/Mutton Masala
Step 1 Made mixture of 2 onion grind to a fine paste, 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste, 4 tbsp strained curd and salt. Clean and cut pieces of 500gm Meat. Marinate Meat in mixture for 2 hrs.
Step 2 Heat 4 tbsp oil and fry 2 sliced onions till crispy brown.
Step 3 Add marinated Meat and 3 tsp Richswad Meat/Mutton Masala. Cook and Stir for 5 min.
Step 4 Add 2 cups water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 min. Serve warm with roti/naan/rice or bread.
