Medu Vada

Step 1: Add 220ml. water in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 10‐ 15 minutes.

Optionally add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and crushed pepper to the batter.

Step 2: Divide the dough into 18 parts. Place 1 tbsp of batter on slightly wet palm & mold each part into doughnut shape. Add a little water, if required.

Step 3: Deep fry in heated oil until golden brown on high flame. Serve hot with Richswad Instant Sambar and coconut chutney.
