Moong Dal Vada
Step 1: Add 210ml. water into contents of the pack and mix it well. Add crushed green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, garlic to it. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2: Heat oil (Approx. 500 ml) in fry pan. Gently stir the mixture before frying. Make round ball from mixture one by one using hand or spoon and deep fry it pan on medium flame till crispy and light brown.
Step 3: Drain excess oil. To make Richswad Dalwada tastier, eat with fried green chillies ,chopped onion and tomato ketchup / green chutney.
