Pani Puri Masala
Step 1: To prepare the pani for 100 puris, add 2 table spoons of Richswad Pani Puri Masala in 1 1⁄2 liters of water and stir.
Step 2: Add salt, mint leaves paste, chopped green coriander leaves, green chillies and lime to taste. For added taste use Dry Mango Powder.
Step 3: Chill with ice or cool in a refrigerator. Strain and serve with mix of mash boiled potatoes with boiled bengal gram or soaked salted boondi as fillers in the puris.
