Pav Bhaji Masala

Step 1: In 2 tbsp oil, shallow fry 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste and 2 chopped onions till soft.

Step 2: Add 2‐3 chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp Richswad Pav Bhaji Masala, Chilli Powder and salt to taste. Cook and Stir on medium flame for 5 min.

Step 3: Add 500g boiled vegetables like potatoes, green peas, cauliflower. Mash and cook for 3‐5 min. Add a piece of butter and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves.

Step 4: Serve with hot buttered Pav(bread) and chopped raw onions and piece of lemon.
