Rava Dosa

Step 1: Add 520 ml. water in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Apply oil on a flat non stick pan/tava to make Rava Dosa of your required size. Sprinkle few drops of oil all over the Rava Dosa and fry till golden brown. (The holes will start forming in Dosa immediately on pouring; this is a sign of perfect Rava Dosa). Fold and remove.

Step 3: Apply first wet cloth to the pan and Repeat step 2 onwards. Serve hot with Richswad Instant Sambar and coconut chutney.
