

Rice Idli
Step 1: Add and Boil 1 Litre water in a large steaming vessel / pressure cooker / Idli steamer.
Step 2 Add 320 ml. water into contents of the pack and 15ml (1 tbsp) refined edible oil. Stir to a smooth batter.
Step 3 Grease Idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in preāgreased moulds of Idli cooker. Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes. Serve hot Idli with Richswad Instant sambhar and coconut chutney.
