Rice Idli

Step 1: Add and Boil 1 Litre water in a large steaming vessel / pressure cooker / Idli steamer.

Step 2 Add 320 ml. water into contents of the pack and 15ml (1 tbsp) refined edible oil. Stir to a smooth batter.

Step 3 Grease Idli moulds with oil. Pour the batter in preā€greased moulds of Idli cooker. Steam the batter in Idli cooker for 15 minutes. Serve hot Idli with Richswad Instant sambhar and coconut chutney.
