Shahi Paneer Masala
Step 1: Slice 300 gm Panner(Indian cottage cheese) into blocks or cubes or any shape that you prefer.
Step 2: Add & heat 3 tsp of ghee/oil, add 3 tsp onion paste and fry till golden brown. add 4 tsp tomato puree. stir and fry for 5 mins.
Step 3 Add 1 tsp Richswad Shahi Paneer Masala , Add 2 tsp magaz, 2 tsp cashews paste, some of fresh cream and salt. boil with 2 cups hot water. Add paneer blocks. Cook till simmer.
Step 4 Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves and finish with a dash of cream,. Serve steaming hot with roti/naan or rice.
