Step 1: Add 320 ml. water in the contents of the pack, mix well to form a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes.

Step 2 Apply oil on a flat non stick tava. Pour 1 cup of batter in center of the tava and quickly spread with outward spiral motion to form a thick pancake of about 20 cm diameter.

Step 3 Add 1 tbsp of oil to the sides and cook till golden brown. Flip and cook the other side till golden brown.Repeat step 2 for the next Uttapam. Serve hot with Richswad Instant Sambar and coconut chutney.
