Vaghar Masala
Step 1: Prepare 500 gram vegetables of your choice with casual spices, mustard, cumin and asafoetida in ghee/oil as you normally do.
Step 2: Add 1 tsp of Richswad Vaghar Masala in to vegetables. Cook and Stir vegetables on medium flame for 3 min.
Step 3: Add 1 glass water and Keep covered for at least 15 min so that Rich Flavour & Aroma of Vaghar Masala is retained. Add lemon and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves. Serve warm with Roti, Paratha, Puri or Naan for unbeatable taste.
